Legal Office

The tasks of the Legal Office include preparation and opinion giving for projects of normative acts as well as internal legal acts of the ERO.

The Legal Office represents the ERO President in proceedings before the Consumers Protection Court, court of appeals, and the Supreme Court as well as administrative courts and other legislative bodies.

The main tasks of the Office include also issuing legal opinions and interpretations of the Energy Law regulations as well as explaining legal doubts created in the course of work of the ERO Office organization units. The other tasks of the Office include the preparation of position for legal act projects directed for the agreement with the President by other state authorities.

Moreover, the Office keeps the collection of normative acts and regulations as well as decisions of the President and the General Director, excluding administrative decisions. The task of the Legal Office is also the popularization of legal acts and court decisions, which have significant importance for the work of the ERO Office, among organization units.
