International Cooperation Unit

The main task of the International Cooperation Unit is initiating and coordinating the activities of the Energy Regulatory Office related to Poland's participation in the common European energy policy.

The key tasks of the Unit include drawing up the collective analyses and reports concerning the European and international cooperation as well as the coordination of the ERO’s experts’ participation in associations such as CEER, ERGEG, ERRA and the newly created ACER (Agency for the Coordination of Energy Regulation).

It is also the Unit’s responsibility to prepare documents such as conclusions, reports and opinions of the President of ERO for the European Commission - in accordance with the regulations of the Energy Law.

It is the unit’s task to cooperate with international organizations and institutions mainly from the European Union and its member countries as well as to maintain the bilateral and multilateral foreign contacts of ERO’s President.
