Position for Matters of Secret Information Protection

Plenipotentiary for Matters of Secret Information protection realizes tasks stipulated in the Act as of 22 January 1999 concerning the protection of secret information (Journal of Laws from 2005 Nr 196, position 1631 as well as from 2006 Nr 104, position 708 and 711, Nr 149, position 1078, Nr 218, position 1592 and Nr 220 position 1600).

The tasks of the Plenipotentiary include also conducting protective matters in the Office.
