Administrative Office
The Administrative Office is responsible for planning and execution of the ERO budget, financial settlements and conducting public tenders. It also deals with collecting license fees.
The tasks of this Department include current service of the Office as well as conducting administrative-economic matters.
The key tasks of the Office include conducting matters, which result from establishing, lasting and finishing of the work relationship of people employed in the Office, therewith preparing and managing documentation connected with it. The Department conducts also personnel matters in the frame of salaries and administration of funds for salaries.
The Office is also responsible for managing company archive, excluding acts containing secret information.
The Office cooperates with Social Commission in cases connected with social activity realized by the ERO Office.
The other tasks include as well administration of IT systems of the Office and their maintenance and utilization as well as servicing domestic and foreign business trips of the workers of the Office.
