ERO in Europe. Invitation for Polish-Danish workshop on energy efficiency
The workshop is co-organized by the Energy Regulatory Office and the Danish Royal Embassy and will be held on 6th December 2011 at the Warsaw University of Technology Main Building in Warsaw.
The event will start with an introductory session on the proposed EU Energy Efficiency Directive and on projects’ financing. The rest of the workshop will be divided into three separate sections - Regulation, Industry and Science - each followed by Q&A sessions.
Representatives of governments, European institutions, national regulatory authorities, TSOs and DSOs, ICT and financial sectors, representatives of academia, as well as Polish and Danish power companies are among invited guests.
At the turn of the two Presidencies, the workshop will focus on a common point of interest for Poland and Denmark: increasing energy efficiency by implementation of smart grids. For ERO it will be also the last Polish Presidency event whereas for the Royal Danish Embassy, the final event of branding campaign “Danish sustainable living”.
Please note that due to limited number of places, the first come first served basis apply. Application deadline expires on 30 November 2011.
